The staff was kind and attentive. The room was clean with good toiletries. The meals were tasty with plenty of options. The pool and beach were enjoyable. The entertainment was entertaining.

The hotel is located right on the beach and enjoys a great sunny location. the staff was wonderful and ready to assist with everything. the rooms were comfortable, clean, and featured modern amenities. Breakfast had a variety of options and was delicious. the pool was clean and enjoyable with beautiful views of the surrounding area.

The charges for additional amenities and duvets came as a surprise and were disappointing.

Loved the adults, only vibe , no crying or screaming kids. Pool was stunning and clean, with lots of activities to join in on. the all, inclusive package was a plus, with great food and a good selection of drinks. the location was perfect , right by the beach, with stunning views of the sea and mountains.

The staff struggled with English, but it wasn't a big issue. Some of the waiters seemed impatient, but most were friendly and efficient.

This hotel has stunning luxurious amenities that cater to your every need. the spa and wellness center provided top-quality massages, facial, and beauty treatment, accompanied with a relaxing sauna and steam room. the outdoor swimming pool has a sun terrace and sun loungers with easy access to the beach. the hotel also provides live entertainment with karaoke and a public bath. the private facilities are exclusive to adults only, providing tranquility and relaxation.

Although the hotel has an extensive menu, it lacked some variety. the menu catered mostly to German and Russian cuisine, and the staff struggled with communication in English.

The hotel offered a great variety of daytime activities, including aqua aerobics and beach parties. The food was good and there was plenty of diversity. The location of the hotel was perfect, being close to the beach and offering beautiful views.

The air conditioning didn't work very well, meaning that the room was too hot and uncomfortable at times. The room cleaning service was often late in the day and didn't always clean the room to a high standard.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the complementary gift and festive decorations. The location, close to the beach, was perfect for sunbathing and taking long walks. The staff were polite and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The pool was well maintained, and we enjoyed a lovely evening with live entertainment.

The room was not up to standard and needed some maintenance. The showerhead was broken, and the air conditioning was not working adequately.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, with daily housekeeping and a quick service if the fridge needed refilling. We also enjoyed the good toiletries provided and the spacious shower. The staff, especially the waiter in the Italian and Fish al carte restaurants, were accommodating and friendly. They really went out of their way to provide great customer service.

This venue is luxurious and provided everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. the Spa & wellness center was excellent, with a steam room and full body massage that left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. the outdoor swimming pool was stunning and there were plenty of sun loungers available. the beach access was convenient, allowing for a sun-kissed tan while listening to the waves. the evening entertainment in the bar/lounge area was enjoyable. the restaurant had a variety of options available for special diets.

The only complaint I had was that the special diet menus could be repetitive at times, but this was a minor issue that did not detract from my overall enjoyment of this hotel.
